ACH/bank transfer payments have no processing fee. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. A one-time $30 setup fee applies to all new monthly memberships. Annual memberships are non-refundable. A $29 gym enhancement fee is billed annually each May for all members. Members ages 13 and under must have a parent or guardian present at all times while in the facility. No one under 13 can operate the pitching machine.

FAQ
Are there any payment processing fees?
ACH/bank transfer payments have no processing fee. If you pay by credit card, a 3% processing fee applies. We recommend ACH if you want to keep your costs exactly as listed.
Can I try it before committing to a membership?
Absolutely. Walk-in day passes are $15. Come in, use the facility, and see if it's the right fit before signing up.
What's included in the Family membership?
The Family membership is $140/month and covers households of 3 or more. All members must live at the same address. Everyone gets full facility access — cages and strength room — for one flat rate. No per-person charges beyond that.
Is there an annual option for the Family membership?
Yes — the Annual Family plan is $1,500/year, covering households of 3 or more at the same address. That works out to $125/month, saving you $180 compared to paying month-to-month.
How does the family add-on work?
Each additional family member is $30/month, up to two paid add-ons. After that, there's no extra charge — if you've got more family members, they're covered.
Is the recovery suite included in the base membership?
The sauna and Normatec compression suite is a $30/month add-on per person. It's not bundled into the base membership, so you only pay for it if you want it.
Who can use the recovery suite?
The sauna is available to members ages 16 and older. Normatec compression is available to members ages 13 and older. All members must sign a waiver before use. All members under 18 require a signed parent or guardian waiver before their first session. Members ages 13–15 using Normatec must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Are there any safety guidelines for the sauna and Normatec?
Yes. For the sauna: available to ages 16+ only. Stay well hydrated, and never use it when sick, feverish, dehydrated, or feeling dizzy. Start with shorter sessions and stop immediately if you feel lightheaded or uncomfortable. For Normatec compression (ages 13+): start at a low setting for 15 minutes. Do not use if you have a suspected blood clot, significant circulation problems, an open wound or infection, an acute leg injury, or unexplained swelling without medical clearance. When in doubt, check with your doctor first. Waiver must be signed before use.
Are annual memberships refundable?
No. Annual memberships are non-refundable. By paying annually you're locking in the best rate — please make sure the annual commitment is right for you before signing up. If you have questions, reach out and we're happy to help you choose the right plan.
What is the gym enhancement fee?
All members are billed a $29 gym enhancement fee once per year, charged each May. This fee goes directly toward facility upgrades, equipment maintenance, and keeping The Garage at the level you expect.
Can kids under 13 train at The Garage?
Yes, but members ages 13 and under must have a parent or guardian present at all times while in the facility. No exceptions. A signed waiver is also required before their first visit.
Is there a setup fee to join?
Yes, there is a one-time $30 setup fee for all new memberships. Founder's Special members are not charged a setup fee — that's one of the perks of joining early.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be paused for up to 3 months. A $20/month hold fee applies during the pause to keep your membership active and your spot reserved. After 3 months, your membership will automatically resume at your regular rate.
How do I cancel my membership?
We require 30 days written notice to cancel. Submit your cancellation request at least 30 days before your next billing date and you will not be charged for the following month. Cancellations submitted with less than 30 days notice will be charged for one final billing cycle.
What's included in a HitTrax session?
A 30-minute dedicated cage session with full HitTrax tracking — exit velocity, launch angle, distance, and more. Available to both members and non-members. Members pay $35 and non-members pay $45 along with the $15 walk-in fee.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Same access, different billing. Annual is $900 upfront — that's $75/month, saving you $60 compared to paying month-to-month at $80.
